We were thrilled to have Alonzo and his company to our home for a second renovation. Last year was for was for remodel of the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. We were so happy with the job, that before he finished we got on his list for a basement renovation. Our satisfaction with the basement job was the same as last year. Alonzo and his team exhibit meticulous craftsmanship, while adhering to schedule and coming in on budget, with no change orders. Oh, and I have to add that Alonzo’s team was very friendly and personable, which means a LOT when people are working in your home while you are there. I highly recommend this company!

Alonzo and team performed a major bathroom renovation at my house awhile back. It was not an easy job including some major layout changes and challenges that popped up along the way and had to be dealt with. They did a great job and took great care and paid attention to details. The place looks amazing and we get complimented on it often by guests who see it. Alonzo was easy to communicate and work with, and the results speak for themselves. The team is in high demand but it was worth a little wait for such a great contractor and team. My husband and I have worked with many contractors on home remodeling and construction projects over the years, and our experience finishing our basement with Alonzo and his crew was by far the best experience we have ever had! They truly live up to their name “Quality and Affordable Renovations”.
Their work is extremely high quality and passed every inspection with the city easily. One inspector told me that he rarely sees such high quality work these days. Alonzo and his crew were reliable, worked long days and were timely in the completion of our project. It was also the first time we have ever had a contractor whose crew swept and cleaned up each day! They treated our home as if it was their own.
On top of all that, throughout the job, they had great ideas and accommodated our wishes. Their finish work was detailed and meticulous. They are true artisans! We have received so many complements on the finished basement.
